"Best Pool Guy Around"
Our pool light was not fitting correctly in its niche. Kameron worked, worked, and worked with that stubborn light and was able to get it back in its correct place. Kameron is the same young man that installed our pool cover. After today, I only want Kameron.

"The off shore call center makes it…"
The off shore call center makes it close to impossible to get good service.
We had an appointment with a window of 9-noon. Noone showed up. We were not notified of a delay. We phoned to reschedule and were not given a new appointment. Are they going out of business? We will have a local pool repair company help us with our pool needs going forward.

"My complaint is about price"
My complaint is about price. I just want people to be aware. I just purchased a vacumm depris bag. I should have compared prices with other stores but I needed it ASAP. The price at Leslies was $49. When I did check other stores the price ranged from $29.99 to 34.99

"spent over 10K on Omni Logic with sense…"
spent over 10K on Omni Logic with sense and dispense and nothing but trouble with Leslies. I cannot open my pool with them without any response. They cannot call me back or schedule for months. Online says sorry and code they give you is meaningless. Please just shut down Chapter 11 if things are that bad!!! The Philippines call center! Do not waste your time- Warrantee- forget it they don't have people or parts. Have been unable to manage local store or service. They do not value, valuable customers at all!!!!!

"Leslie's Pool Supplies is coming through for us!"
We submitted a review (poor review) of Leslie's Pool Supplies in Quakertown, Pa. due to issues with a defective Hot Tub about 2 weeks ago. The company who makes the Hot Tub (Dreammaker) did not honor any warranty whatsoever - (Dreammaker) ignores the customers calls and emails to get help with repairs and then and then we were forced to make the repairs ourselves, they refused to pay, "saying we didn't contact them first". We tried for 5 weeks, and no one answered phone or returned calls or emails. When we reached out to Leslie's corporate, they said they'd help us and they did not initially help us. After much determination, we were finally given a good outcome. Today we received word that Leslie's will reimburse us for the money we spent to repair the Hot Tub. They are agreeing to honor the warranty that Dreammaker refused to honor. So, for now, we want to be sure to give a positive shout out to Leslie's for (finally) stepping up to handle this matter. It took much longer than it should have, but we respect that they are going to now help us. Right now, we still have to wait to receive the reimbursement, but we wanted to inform people of this. If you ever have a problem like this, go to the corporate side of Leslie's to get assistance. Overall, we are now satisfied with the outcome ( as long as the check still comes our way). Thank you, Leslie’s Pool Supplies!

"Do not ever order anything from these idiots"
The 5000 dollar pool heat was to be delivered on the 20th, then the 23rd, and then after waiting at home for 3 hours it never showed, called mike at the store on jupiter farms road store and he said he didnt care because he doesn't control the delivery trucks. Called TForce and he said they will deliverer it the next day. I told him to deliver it to mike at the jupiter road location and let him pay for it. I disputed it on my AMEX and it has been credeted. These people dont give a crap about you, juts take the money and screw you. Don't ever deal with Leslies on Jupiter Road. Slimballs form he get go.

"Product and service"
I bought a brand new pool heater from them. Installed it and it didn't work, called them and they said there was nothing they could do, I would have to find a repair man that services my area and have it fixed. I just got it and installed it and it didn't work, grrr. And paid 3250.00 for it and it's on me? That is the worst ever.

"Excellent Service"
I have mostly dealt with the physical location in Jupiter and Rich and Michael ant this location are excellent. They always go above and beyond to help customers. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

"The manager went full blown psycho"
Go elsewhere! The store manager at Leslies in Conway Florida has the bedside manner of a serial killer! He accused me of things I was not doing insulted me and my family.

"Leslie Pools is baiting and switching…"
Leslie Pools is baiting and switching customers with pool closing. I was quoted online, and by phone, that pool closing would be $250 plus a $45 trip charge. When they arrived, I confirmed and allowed the work to begin. After it was done, I was told it would now be $320 plus a $48.15 trip charge. Since I verbally requested a price before services were done and were quoted the price they gave me, I should not be asked to pay the additional fees they added. This is a clear violation of bait and switch. The seller should clarify the price when a customer inquires about service and price. After I reached out to customer service, they quickly told me the price and asked me to send the quoted price to them. They are trying to scam people by making them believe they are cheaper until the service is done. Local pool places near me had a better price, but Leslie said they could match, and they were wrong. I request that the agreed-upon price be honored, or I am left with no option but to take this to court and allow a judge to preside over the case. I am tired of these companies deceiving customers with lowball offers and then jacking up the price.

"I would like to give a shutout to two…"
I would like to give a shutout to two employees of store #252 in Phoenix. Both manager David and Asst. Manager Nate give me the best customer service. I needed replacement parts for my Hayward sand filter and they order them for me and when the parts arrived I brought them to the store and Nate even put them together for me and carried the parts out to my car. I have been a customer at this store for many years and as I am 80 years old I really appreciate service like this.

"Leslie’s corporate has made some bad choices"
14 years I have had Leslie’s close my pool. Corporate switched to an off shore call center for service appointments and product calls and it is terrible. They screwed up my closing date request and they couldn’t care less. Now I am scrabbling to get it closed as my chemicals have all been added and it is ready now, not in 3 weeks. I call corporate and they couldn’t give two hoots either. Local store is often out of products I purchase as well and the whole business has fallen into a ho hum attitude. They have lost me as a customer.

"Very bad service"
I am not complaining about any of the stores in Leslie pools. I called the 800 number to schedule a service to change my salt cells and clean the filters. They texted me several days in advance to confirm my appointment which I did. They never showed up or called. Called back to see what happened and I was sent to the Philippines and they could not help me. They said they would send some one but no one came or called. I decided to use a local pool service company here in Queen creek, Arizona. They are coming out tomorrow and charge half the price
